How MyMascot handles your data.

Your files

Character artwork, imported videos and editable animation projects are stored locally in your browser. Browser storage is separate for each website address and device. Keep downloaded backups before clearing site data.

Generation and conversion

When you request AI generation, your prompt, selected references and generation settings are sent to the services that process the request. The MyMascot vectorizer processes new video conversions in your browser without sending the video to a paid vectorization service.

Accounts and payments

We use Supabase for account authentication and account records, including your email, credit balance, credit transactions and generation request status. Polar processes payments and subscription billing. Card details are entered with the payment provider. The application records payment identifiers and purchase details to grant credits and reconcile renewals and refunds.

Website operations

Vercel hosts the website. Requests to the website and connected services may produce operational logs used to run and troubleshoot the service. Authentication uses browser storage to maintain your session.

Your choices

You can export your local work, sign out, or remove local files through your browser’s site-data controls. Contact support for account-data access or deletion requests. Payment and accounting records may need to be retained separately from your local creative files.
