Monthly plans and top-ups

Basic is $29 USD per month with 2,900 credits, Pro is $69 with 6,900 credits, and Organization is $149 with 14,900 credits. Plans renew monthly until canceled. Credits are added after successful payment and unused credits roll over. Organization currently covers one account, without shared seats.

Extra credits are one-time purchases: $10 for 1,000, $25 for 2,500, or $50 for 5,000. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Manage future subscription renewals from Account & credits.

Generation credits

Review the displayed quote before starting a paid generation. Confirmed failed requests release reserved credits; requests with an unknown outcome may remain pending until their status is resolved. New local vector conversions are free.

Creative work

Only upload content you have permission to use. Review generated images, animations and exported files before publishing them. Generation results vary and may require further iteration.

Local storage

Creative files are saved in your browser. Download exports and character backups to retain a separate copy. Clearing browser data or changing browsers, devices or website addresses does not transfer those files automatically.

Payment support

Contact support about billing problems or refund requests with the email and order details used for checkout. Refund requests are reviewed individually. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals; it does not itself request a refund for a past payment.
